This safari takes you to the lesser-traveled, wild parks of Southern Tanzania. Visit the Selous Game Reserve, one of the largest and wildest parks in Africa, Mikumi National Park, and the stunning Ruaha National Park. Experience exciting game drives, walking safaris, and boat safaris in pristine wilderness.

Pick up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Selous Game Reserve, one of Africa's most remote and untamed parks. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive in the Mtemere area, spotting elephants, lions, and buffalo.

Overnight: Ndovu Tented Camp

Start with an early breakfast, followed by an adventure boat safari along the Rufiji River, home to large crocodiles, hippos, and various wildlife. After lunch, enjoy a walking safari guided by an armed ranger to track wildlife and learn about the environment.

Overnight: Ndovu Tented Camp

Full-day game drive, exploring the Lake Tigalala area and searching for wild dogs. Visit the Selous Grave before enjoying a picnic lunch. Continue your game drives to explore more of the reserve’s diverse wildlife.

Overnight: Ndovu Tented Camp

Early breakfast followed by a game drive and departure for Mikumi National Park. Mikumi is known for its large populations of elephants, zebras, and giraffes, as well as its stunning views of the Uluguru Mountains.

Overnight: Vuma Hill Tented Camp

After breakfast, depart for Ruaha National Park, renowned for its remote, rugged landscapes and abundant wildlife. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park, spotting lions, giraffes, and elephants.

Overnight: Ruaha River Lodge

Spend two full days exploring Ruaha National Park, with early morning and evening game drives. You will also take part in a guided walking safari along the Ruaha River to see animals that come to drink. The park is home to rare species such as the Roan antelope, Sable antelope, and Greater Kudu.

Overnight: Ruaha River Lodge

After breakfast, enjoy one last game drive before traveling back to Dar es Salaam for departure.
